The MSP Account Manager is the person who takes ownership of the complete relationship with our clients. As an Account Manager, you will be the interface between the client and our internal sales, admin and operational teams in order for their experience with us to be consistently exceptional.
Your success is measured by the client’s satisfaction with our services. You will use your business acumen and technical experience to bridge between business needs and technical requirements and your networking skills to maximise the strength of the relationship with the entire client organisation and help the customer achieve their business goals.
The MSP Account Manager will work to maintain and further develop established relationships with current and new MSP clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with your clients, and continuously look for ways to strengthen and improve those relationships .
- Understand each client’s challenges and opportunities to identify how ABTechnologies can better enable the technology within their business. Help our clients stay at the forefront of technology.
- Execute business technology reviews and strategy roadmaps.
- Ensure the satisfaction of our client facilities through proactively engaging in regular meetings and follow up.
- Customer satisfaction measurement, reporting and analysis.
General account management. - Agreement review management.
- Engagement with client stakeholders during major incidents and projects.
- Discover, create and manage sales opportunities.
Manage client onboarding projects. - Client engagement at consultancy level.
- Create proposals, pricing, quotes for customer requirements and build sales pipelines.
- Discuss and sell solutions for IT infrastructure, Cloud infrastructure, Servers, Technology Adoption, Consultancy, Security, Managed Services, Project Services, etc
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- The successful candidate will have strong customer service skills and confident stakeholder management experience.
- Proven several years of new business development experience selling managed services with a Managed Service Provider.
- As the Account Manager you will rely on your analytical and systematic approach to account issues.
- You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and can effectively communicate with clients and internal teams at any level.
- A love of technology, an understanding of Microsoft Modern Workplace, or a system engineering background will help you understand the technical requirements of the client
- Your experience as an account manager will set you up for the consultancy part of this exciting role.
- A technical background and certifications on Microsoft 365 and Azure are an advantage.
- Critical to your success is your excellent relationship building capability, your strong work ethic and good time management skills.
