|Full-Time Systems and Network Engineer – Level 2/3||
As a result of our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Full-Time Systems and Network Engineer to complement our existing team in Salisbury.
|Full-Time Service Desk Engineer – Level 1/2||
Being part of a growing team of L1 and L2 service desk engineers, you will provide end user support to our clients. You will work with our customers on the phone and connect remotely to their machines to assist with IT issues. You will log tickets in our systems and escalate to our Tier 2 teams if needed. The work you will do will vary, as we have many clients with many different systems, but the majority of your work will be around end-user issues such as email, printing, communication and user configuration.
What you need to bring
A successful candidate will bring a year of experience in a similar environment, supporting end users in a remote setting. However, a keenness to learn, friendly but professional communication manner and an excellent attitude are equally important. You’ll work in a Service Desk Team of 8 other service desk engineers and enjoy a great culture and career path with our growing business of 35 staff.
The position is based in Salisbury, Brisbane and some interstate travel may be required. Salary will be based on qualifications and experience.
