Recently, a professional film crew and the team from Microsoft joined us to capture the story behind our Microsoft Partner of the Year nomination, starting on-site with our client RWW Group, then at our Salisbury office to film with the ABTechnologies team.
It’s the kind of moment that doesn’t happen often, and it gave our team a rare chance to step back from the day-to-day and put into words what we’ve actually built over the past few years.
Why this nomination, why now
Our submission centres on a shift we’ve made deliberately: from managed security to managed AI. As Microsoft Defender and Microsoft Purview have matured, we’ve moved away from treating security and compliance as one-off projects and built them into the standard foundation of our managed services instead.
The short version of our strategy: secure productivity, govern data, enable AI.
That approach has now been rolled out at scale across our client base, and it’s the reason Microsoft asked to tell this story on camera.
Starting with the customer
The crew began with RWW Group, a family-run Australian business supplying uniforms, workwear and PPE to corporate and government customers. RWW is one of our clients who has lived this journey firsthand: before expanding their use of AI, they wanted the confidence that their data was properly classified, protected and governed first.
From there, the crew came to our Salisbury office to film with the ABTechnologies team, capturing how this strategy comes together behind the scenes, the people, the processes, and the Microsoft-first approach that underpins it.
That’s exactly the conversation more businesses need to be having before they flip the switch on tools like Copilot.
